Time for a recipe! A southern twist on Italian beef.
3 lbs beef roast with fat trimmed
1 stick butter cut into bits
1 pack ranch dressing mix
1 pack au ju mix
10 pepperocinis remove stems
1/2 cup water
Place beef in crockpot. Drop in butter, ranch and au ju packs, and pepperoncinis. Pour water over everything to mix. Cover and cook 4-6 hours high or 6-8 low.
Serve on sweet rolls or over mashed potatoes.
